Batterjee Security Products, has been awarded an ISO 9001:2008 certificate, the world's most widely used standard for Business and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Batterjee Security Products implemented a Business Management System (BMS) that covers all aspects of national and international operations including; HQ admin, sales & marketing and service & technical support.

Adoption of the BMS procedures required to qualify for ISO 9001, has helped all departments in the company contribute to higher quality, increased customer satisfaction and growing sales.

ISO 9001:2008 replaces the year 2000 version of the ISO 9001 standard. In meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, Batterjee Security Products has demonstrated its ability to consistently provide a quality product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. In addition, Batterjee Security Products is required to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the business management system, including implementing processes for the continual improvement of the system.

AJAEU/10/12150 ISO 9001:2008 certificate was issued to Batterjee Security Products, on 22nd Jully 2010 by AJA Registrars Europe. AJA Registrars Certification certify that Batterjee Security Products’ business and quality management system "has been assessed and found to be in accordance with the requirements of the standards."
